At KOAN Cannabis, we are proud to operate as a dual-licensed cannabis dispensary serving both adult-use customers and registered medical patients in accordance with Maryland state law. We are fully licensed by the Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA) to dispense regulated cannabis products for both recreational and medical purposes.

In compliance with Maryland regulations:

• Our current dispensary license, issued by the Maryland Cannabis Administration, is clearly displayed at the entrance of our retail location and is visible to all visitors.
  
• We maintain strict adherence to MCA protocols, including secure product storage, inventory tracking, employee training, and customer verification processes for both medical and adult-use transactions.
  
• All cannabis products sold through our dispensary are sourced, tested, and labeled according to Maryland law to ensure safety, quality, and transparency for our customers and patients.
  
• Our staff is trained to verify government-issued photo ID for adult-use purchasers and state-issued medical cannabis cards for patients, as required.
